Role Overview
Dnyanganga Education Private Limited is hiring an Educational Counsellor for field-based work. The role involves meeting students at their locations and promoting educational guidance initiatives in the assigned area.
Location
This position is based in Sangli, Maharashtra, India, and is open for candidates from Pune only. It is a field job, so the selected person will be required to travel within the assigned area.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay structure includes a fixed salary of ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with incentives that can take earnings up to ₹40,000. Additional benefits include an annual bonus, PF, ESIC, and flexible working hours.
Education and Experience
A graduate degree is required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is intended for male candidates between 21 and 45 years of age.
Key Duties
- Provide guidance to students about educational options and programs.
- Support students from 10th and 12th Science backgrounds with counselling.
- Carry out counselling activities in the allotted territory.
- Act as a representative of the company for its education-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students.
