Role Summary
This position is responsible for handling the everyday functioning of Shwet Heritage’s online sales channels. The role covers product uploads, price changes, stock verification, and order handling. Based onsite in Lucknow, the Ecommerce Specialist will track website performance, review sales information, improve product discoverability, and work with internal departments to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time. The role also involves answering customer questions, solving concerns, and helping maintain a positive shopping experience across digital touchpoints. In addition, the person will support promotions, carry out simple content changes, and apply ecommerce best practices to strengthen sales and improve conversion.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce and sales is needed to manage online product presence, improve conversions, and support revenue objectives.
- Good communication and customer service abilities are important for handling customer interaction and coordinating with internal teams.
- Well-developed analytical thinking is required to read performance data, spot patterns, and suggest practical improvements.
- Basic comfort with ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools is expected.
- Experience in online retail, marketplace operations, or digital sales work is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a similar field is preferred, though it is not compulsory.
- The role requires the ability to work onsite in Lucknow, manage several tasks at once, and stay accurate under time pressure.
