Ecommerce Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and committed Ecommerce Specialist to become part of our team at SUYOG COMPUTECH (P) LTD, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and upload product listings across online retail platforms
• Handle inventory monitoring and updates on multiple e-commerce portals
• Maintain accurate reports and manage product returns
• Oversee customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Identify and implement solutions for product and process improvements
• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Magento, or Shopify
• Leverage digital marketing tools and Amazon Sponsored Ads to promote products (advantageous)
• Continuously learn and apply best practices within the e-commerce domain

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum two years of practical experience in e-commerce and marketplace environments
• Proficient in MS Excel, including shortcut keys and essential functions such as sort, filter, VLOOKUP, sub-total, concatenate, and pivot tables
• Comprehensive knowledge of online marketplaces including Amazon
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a strong plus
• Honest, hardworking, and dedicated work ethic
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Eager to learn, decisive, with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
• Possesses a pleasant and approachable personality
