eCommerce Operations Manager

About the Role

Golden Creation seeks a seasoned female professional to oversee and enhance the digital and e-commerce operations for their stationery business. The role includes managing their websites www.lekhanmart.in and www.goldencreation.in alongside digital marketing and social media tasks.

Key Duties

• Regularly update products, pricing, and website content.
• Maintain stock details categorized by brand.
• Manage order processing and printing of customer orders.
• Package customer orders efficiently.
• Generate shipping manifests via logistics platforms.
• Track the status of cash on delivery (COD) orders.
• Independently design, launch, monitor, and refine advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
• Administer Google Merchant Center for product listings and conversion tracking.
• Manage Google Tag Manager implementations.
• Upload promotional posters to Instagram and manage ongoing social media content.
• Create and upload video content to YouTube.
• Publish articles and updates on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Candidate Profile

• Female applicants with over five years of pertinent experience.
• Proven expertise in e-commerce site administration.
• Practical familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager.
• Capable of independently planning, administering, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near Sector 56, Gurugram.

Compensation

The offered monthly salary lies between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000 and will depend on the candidate's experience.
