Ecommerce Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Ecommerce Operations Executive to oversee the daily functions of our online retail platform. This role requires familiarity with popular ecommerce marketplaces and platforms, as well as a strong desire to develop skills and grow professionally within the ecommerce domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product catalogs by uploading, editing, and maintaining product details
• Process customer orders, handle returns, and address customer inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with logistics teams and vendors to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders
• Regularly monitor and update inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy
• Enhance product listings by optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and pricing strategies
• Operate effectively on platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart
• Support promotional activities such as discounts and campaigns to boost sales
• Track sales metrics and generate comprehensive performance reports

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English
• Basic computer literacy, especially in Excel and Google Sheets
• Capability to manage several tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with product SEO including crafting titles, keywords, and descriptions
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
• Previous experience handling online marketplaces is advantageous

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.
