Role Overview
We are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join the Ecommerce Team at our Support Centre in Doncaster, Victoria, for a 15-month maternity leave cover starting September 2026. This role focuses on managing website and app content, overseeing product data, and executing campaign activations, providing a key contribution to our Ecommerce success while demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for managing product enrichment and ensure accurate, optimized product data from initiation through ongoing updates to maintain database integrity.
- Create and manage promotional imports with high accuracy, ensuring smooth deployment online.
- Handle content updates within the CMS platform, scheduling efficiently.
- Implement promotional campaigns including product launches and activations aligned to strategic goals.
- Prepare detailed briefs for the Creative team to meet deadlines and strategic outcomes.
- Configure, test, and validate promotional discounts in Shopify and Checkout systems to ensure correct messaging and offer application.
- Optimize website and app performance through adjustments of on-site search, merchandising, AI-driven recommendations, and collection management.
- Monitor sales metrics across platforms and generate insights and recommendations to improve performance and maximize revenue.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce roles involving online data management and CMS platforms, with a preference for Shopify expertise.
- Adept at agile work methods, capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, resilience, and strong organizational capabilities.
- Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and learning from insights to enhance performance.
- Passion for ecommerce and a clear understanding of online consumer behavior.
- Experience with order management systems, supplier coordination, and fundamental financial processes.
- Effective communication skills with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
