Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Account Manager to join Click2 Online. The primary responsibility is managing Amazon accounts of premier clients, ensuring all associated tasks are executed seamlessly to maintain optimal account performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon accounts for key clientele to uphold service excellence.
• Supervise daily operations related to Amazon platforms to ensure smooth functionality.
• Serve as the principal liaison for clients, fostering strong, professional relationships.
• Provide clients with timely daily updates and comprehensive reports.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients to address their needs efficiently.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing account performance and encouraging growth.

Additional Information

The position is based in Mumbai at our office location.

Compensation

The remuneration for this position ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
