Role Overview and Responsibilities

Take charge of managing and expanding the business for designated product categories across assigned online marketplaces, aiming to boost sales performance. Implement and adhere to best practices like marketplace ranking strategies to enhance visibility. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Category Managers across various e-commerce platforms in India. Devise and launch targeted marketing initiatives to support sales growth. Provide ongoing feedback to the product and key account management teams, ensuring effective collaboration. Optimize resource usage to heighten productivity and manage relationships with stakeholders, category managers, and key contacts at diverse e-commerce portals to secure product features in deal promotions. Conduct market trend analysis to draw actionable insights and oversee full accountability for marketplace performance and revenue related to assigned product segments. Proactively contribute to discussions on best operational practices, facilitating continuous improvement in strategies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates, with preference given to MBA, B.Tech, or BE holders.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data handling and analysis.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to coordinate operational teams towards timely achievement of objectives.
• Analytical aptitude for interpreting market trends and integrating findings into business strategies.
