Role Responsibilities

As the central figure during your shift, you will hold key responsibilities including opening and closing the restaurant, leading the team in the General Manager's absence, and ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality. Your duties will also encompass financial tasks like cash handling and maintaining compliance, all while exemplifying leadership and serving as a role model to the team.
