Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preventive maintenance schedule diligently.
• Ensure the health and safety standards of the property are maintained.
• Strictly adhere to the preventive maintenance plan and keep detailed records for future use.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet quality expectations and track progress effectively.
• Develop and implement departmental training programs for engineering staff, encouraging multi-tasking capabilities.
• Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills to achieve optimal outcomes adhering to set standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should hold a degree in mechanical engineering and have prior experience in a similar position, with demonstrable knowledge regarding the operation and upkeep of mechanical systems. Proficiency in English and competency in diagnosing and repairing subsystems are essential.
