Key Responsibilities

• Precisely cut, machine, and assemble solid wood door parts with great attention to detail.
• Utilize joinery methods to ensure strong and durable door construction.
• Carefully select materials and apply finishing touches to guarantee a flawless final product.
• Conduct self-inspections of completed work, suggest improvements, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and orderly.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years woodworking experience in production, carpentry, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard woodshop apparatus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and a cooperative attitude.
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between $23 and $25 with consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
