Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Organize both physical and electronic documents, categorizing and filing them for straightforward access.
  • Administer document version control, numbering schemes, and revision tracking to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Keep comprehensive registers, logs, and tracking mechanisms for document control activities.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to facilitate timely document submission and compliance.
  • Inspect documents for completeness, correctness, and adherence to formatting standards before filing.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive documents by managing secure handling and storage.
  • Provide support during audits by supplying the necessary documentation and records promptly.
  • Systematically archive finalized project documents adhering to company retention policies.

Candidate Requirements
