Role overview
NAPA Canada is hiring a full-time dispatcher in Leduc, Alberta to build efficient delivery routes and support timely order movement for its drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Create practical delivery routes and allocate deliveries to drivers according to location and urgency.
- Make sure drivers record delivery times in the delivery management system.
- Handle different tracking settings and updates within the delivery management module.
- Confirm that orders are accurate and prepared for shipment.
- Pick items from store inventory, pack them, and get each order ready to ship.
