Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to personalized care plans for clients, documenting task completion accurately.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
• Help with routine household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and other destinations.
• Support clients in managing their medications by assisting with self-administration (without administering or measuring doses).
• Monitor and report any observable changes in clients’ physical or emotional conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of experience in in-home care services.
• Successful clearance of a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation necessary for client transport duties.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following both written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable using electronic devices.
• Dependable, motivated, organized, and energetic work ethic.
