Job description

Role Overview

This position involves delivering and supporting clinically led education initiatives aimed at medical, nursing, and allied health professionals. The role entails aiding the advancement and implementation of digital clinical practices throughout the Trust, ensuring these technologies become integral to everyday workflows, and enriching clinical knowledge bases.

Key Duties

  • Assist in deploying the DBTH Digital Transformation Programme aligning with the Trust's strategic business objectives.
  • Design and conduct audit activities as part of the role's requirements.
  • Support the roll-out and integration of digital transformation efforts across clinical departments, focusing significantly on documentation processes.
  • Work closely with the Champion to help staff enhance patient information systems and streamline clinical operational methods.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to clinical teams adopting new ICT procedures, promoting continuous service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with clinical, IT, and vendor deployment teams to implement technologies including mobile solutions to benefit clinical staff.
  • Prioritize patient safety, quality, and experience in all digital initiatives.
  • Operate across multiple Trust sites as needed.
