Role Overview
As a Digital Media Specialist at Porsche Retail Group Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering a high-end digital experience by showcasing new and pre-owned vehicles in a way that drives customer engagement and supports sales goals. Working under the Used Car Manager, you will create superior photographic and video content to highlight the Centre's vehicle inventory across various online platforms, ensuring presentation standards meet the luxury brand's expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture consistent, high-quality photographs and video walkarounds of vehicles once they are ready for sale.
- Edit and upload media assets to the Centre's website, manufacturer portals, and third-party advertising channels to keep listings current and attractive.
- Produce creative digital content such as short videos, social media reels, and promotional graphics aligning with Porsche's branding and PRG marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and prep teams to coordinate vehicle availability for media capture and track stock status throughout the preparation process.
- Maintain showroom appearance, including vehicle displays and merchandise, to uphold professional presentation standards.
- Manage photography equipment and designated vehicle photo areas, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and seeking opportunities to improve presentation and digital engagement quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full UK driving license held for more than two years and minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes.
- Demonstrable proficiency in photography, alongside foundational video production skills.
- A strong creative eye with a keen attention to detail, composition, and brand consistency.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience with image editing software, particularly Photoshop.
- Understanding of social media platforms and the creation of successful promotional content.
- Flexibility with scheduling to align with vehicle preparation and availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing work in automotive photography or media.
- Previous experience within automotive retail environments.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Rush.
- Understanding of automotive retail and marketing, particularly in used vehicles.
