Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at AB InBev GCC India, located in Bengaluru. As a key contributor within the Marketing and Consumer Insights COE, you will oversee SEO strategies, social listening, media reporting, governance, and campaign management. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and interacts closely with multiple cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy including technical improvements, content optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis to boost organic traffic and user engagement.
  • Design, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, ensuring efficient execution and continuous performance tuning.
  • Analyze diverse data sets from websites, SEO, social media, and marketing campaigns to offer actionable insights, construct dashboards and comprehensive reports for marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Content, Workday, Employer Branding, and Zone teams to implement digital initiatives, enhance site functionality, and enforce SEO and analytics best practices.
  • Lead projects with effective stakeholder communication, manage competing priorities, identify automation potentials, and guarantee delivery aligns with SLAs.
  • Mentor and develop team members to promote operational excellence, encourage knowledge sharing, and maintain superior service standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Skills and Expertise

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, SEO tactics, and media performance analytics.
  • Practical experience with tools such as Google Looker Studio, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter/X Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Search Console, Workday Analytics, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Skills to define, monitor and interpret business-aligned KPIs.
  • Capability to handle large datasets, transforming complex information into insightful, clear business narratives.
  • Proficient in spotting trends and consumer behaviors, providing innovative strategic guidance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Preferred knowledge of Brandwatch, Cision, Emplifi, Salesforce Datorama, latest SEO changes, and some familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS.

Qualifications and Additional Information

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is required; certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • The role is based offshore, requiring comfort with virtual collaboration across Zone, Global, and GCC commercial teams.
