Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and backend systems utilizing .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Python.
• Create automation tools, scripts, and system utilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain digital platforms including employee and customer portals, websites, and internal business applications.
• Build scalable and maintainable web applications by applying best practices, clean coding standards, and design patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, product owners, business units, and stakeholders during development phases.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and system upgrades.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
• Refactor and modernize legacy applications, embracing microservices architecture and related initiatives.
• Ensure application security, optimize performance, monitor logs, handle exceptions, and maintain reliability.
• Oversee quality assurance procedures, security testing, usability assessments, and deployment readiness.
• Manage application updates, change requests, releases, and provide production environment support.
• Automate reporting functions and drive standardization and process improvements.
• Analyze user feedback and operational data to continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Identify and address system vulnerabilities, implementing corrective measures and ongoing enhancements.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate actively in code reviews and technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• Docker Certified Associate (DCA)
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (preferred)
• Other relevant credentials in software development, DevOps, cloud computing, automation, or digital enablement are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of five years of pertinent professional experience is required.

Skills Required

• Proficiency with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# programming
• Experience in Python development and automation
• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC and web application development
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integration
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Entity Framework
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Understanding frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker containers, and cloud platforms
• Strong skills in API testing and quality assurance processes
• Capability in process automation and driving digital enablement
• Use of Git, Azure DevOps, and version control systems
• Application security management and performance tuning
• Ability to conduct business analysis and manage technical requirements
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude
• Adherence to Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
