Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Digital Designer to creatively craft compelling digital experiences across CRM, customer journeys, websites, and campaign materials. This position demands hands-on involvement from concept to delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, developers, and account teams. The ideal candidate thrives independently within a team, embraces innovation—especially AI technologies—and is passionate about impactful digital design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital designs for CRM communications, websites, landing pages, EDMs, and other touchpoints.
• Interpret briefs to produce user-centered creative solutions throughout project lifecycles.
• Partner effectively with copywriters, strategists, developers, and account teams to realize ideas.
• Contribute to prompt concept ideation and creative development for digital campaigns.
• Create polished static, interactive, and motion graphics aligned with branding and user needs.
• Own projects by presenting design decisions confidently and integrating feedback proactively.
• Manage multiple assignments with keen attention to detail and high design standards.
• Explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity and workflow.
• Advocate for continuous creativity, collaboration, and process improvements within the team.
• Support the advancement of digital design systems, assets, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital design within a creative or digital agency setting.
• Demonstrated portfolio highlighting work on websites, customer journeys, CRM, or digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Motion design skills or familiarity with After Effects is a strong advantage.
• Capability in both conceptual development and delivering refined final artwork.
• Solid grasp of digital user experience principles and customer journey design best practices.
• Ability to work independently, handle stakeholder input, and confidently make creative choices.
• Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams including strategy, development, and project management.
• Enthusiastic about AI and emerging creative technologies with eagerness to experiment and learn.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous CRM or lifecycle marketing design experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
