Role Overview
This contractor role focuses on reviewing AI-produced images and text to ensure they meet established safety and content standards. The work is fully remote and is suited to someone who can evaluate digital material carefully, identify risk, and support improvement of moderation processes.
Compensation and Commitment
The pay range for this assignment is $25 to $35 per hour. The expected workload is flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours each week.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated images and written content to determine whether they align with safety rules and content policies.
- Spot, mark, and escalate content that may be harmful, unsafe, or unsuitable across different platforms.
- Work with teams across functions to improve review workflows and strengthen evaluation standards over time.
- Track new patterns in social media and user-created content to help shape moderation guidelines.
- Record observations clearly and share practical feedback with development teams.
- Keep up with current changes in AI, content moderation, and digital safety best practices.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in content moderation, digital safety review, or a similar area is required.
- Strong familiarity with social platforms, community rules, and platform-specific policy expectations.
- Ability to assess both visual and written content with a high level of accuracy and safety awareness.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills, along with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of giving feedback that is clear, concise, and constructive.
