Role Overview
This remote contractor role focuses on reviewing AI-generated visual and written content to ensure it aligns with safety standards and platform policies. The position is centered on identifying risk, improving moderation quality, and supporting teams that build and refine digital safety workflows.
Compensation & Commitment
The pay range for this assignment is $25 to $35 per hour. The expected workload is flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-created images and text to confirm they meet safety and content policy requirements.
- Detect, mark, and escalate content that may be harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate across different platforms.
- Work with teams across functions to improve evaluation methods and strengthen moderation processes.
- Track new patterns in social media and user-generated content to help shape content review standards.
- Record observations and share practical feedback that development teams can act on.
- Keep current with new developments in artificial intelligence, content moderation, and digital safety.
Requirements
- Background in content moderation, digital safety review, or a similar area.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, community rules, and platform-specific expectations.
- Ability to assess both images and text for compliance issues and potential safety concerns.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort giving feedback that is clear, concise, and helpful.
