Role Overview
We are offering an exciting position within the Digital Health Service at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust for a Digital Business Analyst. This role is part of the Business Analysis and Change Team, contributing to digital transformation across healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand existing service pathways and workflows.
- Identify, analyse, and document business requirements to support digital initiatives.
- Assist in designing future processes and digital solutions aligned with service improvement goals.
- Create clear documentation including process maps, requirements specifications, and stakeholder maps.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication throughout project phases.
- Help track and realise project benefits, ensuring intended outcomes are documented and monitored.
- Support change management activities to enable effective adoption of digital solutions.
- Manage responsibilities across multiple projects, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in business analysis or service improvement, preferably within digital or healthcare settings. Confidence in engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting change delivery is essential. Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and project management principles is required. Note this role is specifically focused on business analysis and change delivery, not data analysis.
