Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee interior design projects from initial concept stages through to final implementation.
- Engage directly with clients to grasp their needs and develop tailored design strategies.
- Drive sales activities, convert leads, and meet established revenue goals.
- Create compelling presentations, detailed proposals, and design pitches to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with production and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable background in both interior design and sales roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design projects for residential and commercial spaces.
- Skillful use of design tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with other relevant software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management capabilities.
- Proven ability to successfully convert potential leads into completed projects.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranging from 50000 to 70000 INR based on experience and qualifications.
