About Aionis
Aionis is Qatar’s first wellness and aesthetic center powered by artificial intelligence. Based in West Bay, Doha, the clinic brings together advanced dermatology, hair restoration, physiotherapy, and integrative health under one roof. Its approach blends medical expertise with AI-enabled tools to deliver individualized care for skin, hair, and overall wellness.
The center provides AI-assisted diagnostics, dermatology and aesthetic treatments, pain management services, and both non-invasive and invasive rejuvenation procedures. Aionis is focused on highly personalized, data-led care designed to create meaningful and long-lasting outcomes for clients.
Role Overview
The Dermatologist will handle a broad mix of medical and aesthetic dermatology cases, including the assessment and treatment of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. The position requires strong clinical judgment, patient-centered treatment planning, and the ability to deliver both medical and cosmetic procedures in line with evidence-based practice.
This role also involves working with AI-supported diagnostic systems, maintaining precise clinical records, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across wellness and aesthetic care. The dermatologist will also guide patients on treatment choices, skincare routines, and preventive measures while ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed consultations and clinical evaluations for dermatology patients.
- Diagnose and manage disorders related to the skin, hair, and nails across a varied patient base.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on each patient’s condition and goals.
- Perform medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures using established clinical standards.
- Use AI-based diagnostic tools as part of patient assessment and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in clinical systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in wellness and aesthetic care.
- Educate patients about treatment options, skincare practices, and preventive care.
- Uphold strong standards of safety, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
Requirements
- Strong medical grounding in dermatology with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions.
- Hands-on experience in cosmetic dermatology and cosmetology, including aesthetic procedures and rejuvenation treatments.
- Practical experience in treating acne and related dermatologic concerns through evidence-based care.
- Medical degree followed by a completed dermatology residency; board certification or an equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Qatar and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Comfort using technology and AI-enabled diagnostic tools, along with a willingness to keep learning.
- Strong communication and people skills with a respectful, inclusive, and confidential approach to patient care.
- Experience in an aesthetic, wellness, or multidisciplinary clinical environment is an added advantage.
- English fluency is required; additional language skills are helpful.
