Role Overview

• Create exceptional customer sales experiences by engaging customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist retail operations through merchandising duties and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
• Provide top-tier service by delivering products directly to customers’ residences.
• Perform routine maintenance on the delivery truck and assist with store upkeep daily.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process, addressing any concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and complete all necessary customer paperwork during delivery visits.

Requirements

• Possess a valid full-class driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds, including large home furnishings.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and achieving results.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work productively under pressure.
• Capability to pass background screening including criminal record, employment verification, and driving history checks.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from CAD 20.00 to 21.00, plus eligibility for monthly performance bonuses. Our compensation structure reflects market standards, internal equity, and individual experience and impact. Candidates with salary expectations exceeding the posted range are still encouraged to apply, as discussions about compensation flexibility are possible during the interview phase.
