Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients in storage areas and workstations.
• Prepare menu products according to company standards.
• Receive, process, and manage telephone orders accurately.
• Take inventory and complete the required paperwork.
• Deliver pizza and related products to customers' locations safely and efficiently.
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Access to a vehicle insured for delivery purposes.
• Strong navigational skills to read maps and locate deliveries within the designated area, including multi-story buildings.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
• Good communication abilities for taking orders and interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Capability to operate equipment such as cash registers, calculators, and kitchen tools.
• Physical ability to handle demanding tasks including standing for long periods, lifting supplies up to 50 pounds, carrying trays of pizza dough, climbing stairs or ladders, and performing repetitive movements.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to temperature variations from coolers at 36°F to oven areas over 500°F.
• Work involves navigating cramped spaces, exposure to food odors, dust, and weather elements during deliveries.
• Tasks include standing, walking short distances, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, crouching, and driving within assigned delivery zones.
