Role Overview
Joining the Trade Counter team based in Torquay, this role involves a blend of product delivery, customer service to tradespeople including plumbers, and supporting the smooth operation of both the warehouse and trade counter.
Key Duties
- Transporting parts and goods to customers utilizing a company vehicle.
- Carrying out picking, packing, and inventory management tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the branch and warehouse.
- Providing helpful and accurate product information to customers.
Candidate Profile
- Previous delivery driving, retail, or customer service experience preferred, with a passion for assisting customers face-to-face and via phone.
- Ability to accurately pick orders and maintain enticing shop floor presentations.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
- Holds a valid, clean driver’s license and flexible to various shift patterns, including weekend work.
- Aspirations to advance their career locally, within the Reece network, or at the head office.
