About the Role

Circle K at Frankfield Service Station in Cork is seeking a dedicated Deli Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week across five days. The role demands flexibility in working days to best serve the store and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for the deli operation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and staff.
• Lead, coach, and train team members to promote exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Drive a world-class customer experience within the store environment.
• Manage merchandising of food products to maintain appealing displays.
• Oversee food preparation including K coffee offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store to ensure a hygienic environment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably within a food service setting.
• Have a proven history of consistently achieving set targets and delivering results.
• Exemplify and foster high standards of customer service among the team.
• Be driven to meet and exceed goals with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
• Show eagerness for growth and readiness to take on increased responsibility.
• Be proficient with IT and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
