Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Embody Centra's core values of being proud, energetic, imaginative, and community-focused.
- Prepare customer orders involving various fresh food items such as sandwiches, rolls, hot dishes, and sliced meats while adhering to the store's portion control standards.
- Cook, prepare, and display deli items consistently throughout the day to maintain product quality.
- Maintain counter displays in all fresh food sections at top standards at all times during operational hours.
- Express enthusiasm for quality food by offering knowledge, recipes, and personal suggestions to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, courteously, and according to store policies.
Candidates Profile
- Training in HACCP is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication competencies.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-moving team environment and multitask under pressure.
- Genuine passion for food and engaging with shoppers.
