Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is for a Debt Collector who will handle the recovery of overdue payments from individuals or businesses, work out payment arrangements, keep transaction records accurate, and help resolve discrepancies. The role also requires following all applicable legal guidelines and working with colleagues to meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers or businesses with pending dues and pursue payment recovery.
• Discuss and arrange suitable repayment plans where needed.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of collections and transactions.
• Identify and resolve billing or payment mismatches.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal team members to achieve recovery objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of debt recovery and cash collection methods.
• Excellent communication abilities, with strong negotiation and people skills.
• Comfort using computers and collection-related software or systems.
• Working knowledge of finance and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with local compliance rules and debt collection legislation is an added advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is mandatory.
