Debt Collection Executive

About the Role

The Debt Collection Executive will play a crucial role within the Tele Debt Management team based in Bangalore. This position involves proactive engagement with customers to assist in managing their outstanding dues by establishing suitable repayment plans. Emphasizing a customer-focused approach, the role ensures compliance with legal and company policies while striving to maintain the portfolio's health.

Responsibilities

• Achieve successful debt recovery by reaching and exceeding collection targets.
• Educate customers on the consequences of missed loan repayments to encourage timely payments.
• Make timely reminder calls to borrowers who have missed their EMI payments to facilitate resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with Field Executives, providing support as necessary to assist in collections.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade or higher.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; attentive and well-presented.
• Basic proficiency in internet navigation and search engine use.
• DRA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
