Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Data Product Manager with expertise in developing analytical data products leveraging both structured and semi-structured data. This position, based in NTUC’s Transformation Office that spearheads digital transformation initiatives, involves building data marts, apps, and predictive models that empower NTUC to better serve its members.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of NTUC's data strategy.
- Lead the design, management, and adoption of data products including new data pipelines, marts, datasets, apps, data exchanges, and predictive analytics models.
- Manage projects to convert unstructured data into structured formats utilizing Generative AI technologies.
- Oversee initiatives applying AI to support data users in interpreting data trends through natural language interfaces.
- Design and implement processes to continuously monitor and enhance data quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify their data needs and develop corresponding data products.
- Work with application teams to create data-powered services.
- Engage with technology partners to discover innovative digital solutions that address NTUC’s data requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in data modelling, data warehousing, or related data-centric projects.
- Strong interest and understanding of generative AI applications in data analytics.
- Experience with Snowflake platform is advantageous.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data modelling and data management best practices.
- A curious mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to clearly communicate complex data concepts to business teams.
