About the Role

Many large firms invest in complex planning tools but end up with inconsistent data and delayed financial closures. We intervene by correctly configuring these systems or creating new ones from scratch, leveraging deep experience with Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, and modern analytics technologies.
We are collaborating with a global software company on their expansion and seek a Data Operations Coordinator to join our remote team. This entry-level role involves working closely with senior consultants to maintain consistent data across multiple reporting platforms, supporting the creation of a single reliable source of truth.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate incoming data sets for precision and uniformity prior to integration into reporting tools.
- Support developing and updating clear, user-friendly technical documentation enabling client independence.
- Oversee data pipelines to verify scheduled updates complete successfully and report anomalies to consultants.
- Assist in organizing configuration files and managing version control for system adjustments.
- Clean and categorize master data ensuring accurate reflection of current business status in financial reports.
- Aid the project manager in monitoring progress relative to fixed-price agreements and timelines.
- Engage in remote meetings to relay updates on data quality and operational activities.
Candidate Profile
- Organized, detail-focused person who scrutinizes data accuracy and question inconsistencies.
- Entry-level with no expectation of extensive enterprise software experience but a logical mindset and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
- Proficient with spreadsheet software, especially Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and formatting.
- Basic knowledge or curiosity about database functioning and corporate data storage/reporting.
- Excellent written English skills focused on clear instructions and project documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with a propensity to notice anomalies such as numerical errors or misspelled names.
- Ability to self-manage remotely while maintaining close communication with the team.
- Problem-solver inclined to address root causes rather than temporary fixes.
- Interest in learning about enterprise performance tools like Oracle EPM and SAP BPC.
What We Offer
This permanent, full-time remote position provides a competitive entry-level salary and a work environment emphasizing transparency and predictability over unnecessary meetings. You will gain firsthand experience working alongside industry experts, learning from their extensive knowledge of system implementations. Your contributions will be key in delivering dependable reporting systems relied upon daily by international clients.
