Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Support the procurement team by managing essential documentation such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Work collaboratively with procurement staff to guarantee timely fulfillment of orders and effectively address any discrepancies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidates with experience ranging from one to three years in back-office operations.
