Role Overview
Join Bounteous x Accolite as a Data Engineer to design and enhance scalable ETL processes and enterprise data warehousing solutions. Our collaborative approach delivers advanced digital experiences and impactful business results worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize robust ETL pipelines using technologies such as Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Azure services.
- Create and maintain enterprise data warehouse and lakehouse architectures focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Author complex SQL queries and data models to fulfill analytics and business requirements.
- Manage data integration workflows leveraging tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks/Spark, Informatica, or SnapLogic.
- Ensure data governance, quality assurance, monitoring, and operational support for data platforms.
- Troubleshoot data issues and enhance query execution efficiencies in production settings.
- Collaborate across teams to design and implement resilient data solutions for batch and real-time processing.
Candidate Profile
- 5 to 9 years of professional experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data warehousing roles.
- Proficient in Snowflake, ETL processes, Python scripting, and advanced SQL techniques (mandatory).
- Experience with Azure cloud data services including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Storage, and Event Hub.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning methodologies.
- Familiar with relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and DataOps workflows.
- Hands-on with data integration platforms like Informatica or SnapLogic.
- Knowledge of both batch processing and streaming data architectures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities suited to high-scale enterprise data environments.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced settings supporting enterprise data platforms.
