Data Coordinator

Overview

Our organization is experiencing rapid global expansion and is looking for a dedicated full-time Data Coordinator to join our Singapore office. The role is essential in ensuring the protection and accuracy of clinical data, which plays a critical part in the success of clinical trials worldwide. This position provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your prior experience while enabling career advancement in a dynamic clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track case report forms throughout the clinical trial process.
• Update, clean, and maintain the clinical database, including generating and resolving data queries.
• Ensure reconciliation of clinical data for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive study documentation appropriately.
• Conduct quality control audits on the clinical database to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical companies or contract research organizations.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
• Willingness to work during regular office hours including rotational Saturdays and public holidays.
