About the Role
Join Weatherbys Private Bank in London as a Data and Operations Analyst, contributing significantly to the development and utilization of data within the Investment & Wealth Advice (IWA) function. This position offers an opportunity within a growing operations team to enhance reporting, automation, and data capabilities that underpin the IWA business. You will engage with extensive datasets using contemporary analytical tools to translate complex data into actionable business insights, fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Create dashboards and management reports leveraging Power BI and other analytics software.
- Refine reporting processes, enhance automation, and optimize data workflows.
- Oversee fee-related data management, reconciliation procedures, and governance tasks.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, providing practical, effective solutions.
- Contribute to strategizing on future data, technological, and automation initiatives supporting IWA growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience handling large datasets and conducting data analyses.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Python for dashboard development, report automation, and insight generation.
- Interest in emerging data technologies including AI and large language models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on investigating root causes and applying solutions.
- Curiosity, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Confidence and ownership in managing assigned tasks.

Additional Information
Work location is hybrid with 3 days onsite per week in London. The annual salary range is £35,000 to £42,000.
