Position Overview

The Data Analyst role, based in the Corporate IT team, requires a professional who demonstrates integrity, respect, and accountability. This position encourages continuous system and process improvements within a collaborative environment. The role involves working primarily onsite four days per week (Monday to Thursday) with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, transform, and analyze data sourced from various business platforms and databases.
• Create and maintain recurring operational, financial, and strategic reports to aid decision-making.
• Detect trends, patterns, potential risks, and opportunities through detailed data analysis.
• Translate business requirements into effective KPIs and dashboard metrics.
• Communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, construct, and update dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI tools.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of Microsoft Fabric assets, including semantic models, dataflows, lakehouse, and analytics pipelines.
• Prepare and model data using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI technologies.
• Build and support self-service analytics tools for business users.
• Continuously enhance reporting systems focusing on usability, adoption, performance, and data accuracy.
• Leverage Power Automate to optimize repetitive processes such as reporting, notifications, approvals, and data collection.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps to enhance data gathering capabilities.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement Power Platform solutions that improve productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and various data analysis methodologies.
• Power BI report creation and dashboard development expertise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform tools.
• Skills translating business needs into analytical, reporting, automation, or low-code applications.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Experience working with SQL, relational databases, and querying data from enterprise-level systems.

Compensation and Additional Information

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
