Role Overview

This full-time, remote Data Analyst position involves data examination, report generation, and insight delivery to aid strategic decisions. The analyst will work alongside teams to create plans and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and oversee intricate datasets utilizing sophisticated Excel functions.
• Assist project and program leaders with planning and financial forecasting.
• Create and sustain templates for data gathering to promote uniformity and precision across departments.
• Contribute to preparing and reviewing budgetary and planning processes.
• Use SharePoint tools, like forms and lists, to improve data capture and reporting workflows.
• Engage with various teams to ensure consistency of data inputs and underlying planning presumptions.
• Deliver data-driven insights and suggestions supporting business decision processes.

Qualification and Skills

• Expertise in advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Demonstrated experience handling and consolidating complex datasets.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial budgeting and planning cycles.
• Experience within financial services or banking sectors is crucial.
• Preference for familiarity with SharePoint, specifically forms and lists.
• Knowledge in technology and financial infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
