Data Analyst II

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $37.95 to $44.60

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful analytics by designing dashboards, reports, and automated data tools supporting leadership decision-making
• Analyze clinical and operational datasets to identify improvement opportunities and support quality programs such as HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and related metrics
• Collaborate across departments to enhance reporting, ensure data accuracy, and provide insightful findings to advance patient care and organizational goals
• Maintain data integrity by managing dependable datasets, resolving reporting errors, documenting methods, and assisting regulatory compliance and governance efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work combination
• Proven capability to independently produce reports, dashboards, and analyses that inform operational and business decisions
• Intermediate SQL expertise including joins, aggregations, and data validation tasks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with at least one visualization or reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other performance measures
