Overview
Join Chapa-De Indian Health as a Data Analyst II and leverage data to enhance patient care and support vital decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and quality leaders to transform raw data into actionable insights that benefit healthcare outcomes organization-wide.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $37.95 to $44.60

Key Responsibilities
- Create impactful analytics by designing dashboards, reports, and automated data tools supporting leadership decision-making
- Analyze clinical and operational datasets to identify improvement opportunities and support quality programs such as HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and related metrics
- Collaborate across departments to enhance reporting, ensure data accuracy, and provide insightful findings to advance patient care and organizational goals
- Maintain data integrity by managing dependable datasets, resolving reporting errors, documenting methods, and assisting regulatory compliance and governance efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work combination
- Proven capability to independently produce reports, dashboards, and analyses that inform operational and business decisions
- Intermediate SQL expertise including joins, aggregations, and data validation tasks
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with at least one visualization or reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other performance measures
