Overview
Join a team at Migration Research to Policy Co-Lab as an entry/junior Data Analyst based in Australia. This full-time onsite role is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning information into practical insights that support better decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Gather data from multiple sources, then clean and prepare it for analysis.
- Examine datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful findings.
- Convert complicated information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for stakeholders.
- Run checks to confirm data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Track business metrics and highlight changes or areas that could be improved.
- Contribute to analytics projects and recurring reporting work.
- Work closely with different teams to understand their analytical needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Keep records of data workflows, reporting outputs, and analysis methods up to date.
What We’re Looking For
