Based at our AI Hub in Dublin, we develop cutting-edge solutions powered by Generative AI, Large Language Models, agentic frameworks, and NLP features. As a Data Analyst, you will convert raw data into impactful insights to guide AI development and product strategies. This role involves collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to analyze metrics, monitor model effectiveness, and maintain data quality in AI applications. The position is hybrid and located at our Windmill Lane office in Dublin 2.

Key Responsibilities
- Examine complex datasets to detect trends, irregularities, and areas to optimize AI models and features.
- Create dashboards and reports tracking model performance, user engagement, and core business metrics.
- Facilitate data preparation and verification for machine learning and NLP model training to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and apply evaluation metrics for LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
- Execute statistical analyses and A/B testing to assess feature outcomes and inform product decisions.
- Work jointly with engineering and product teams to uphold data governance and accuracy throughout data pipelines.
- Document results clearly and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within AI, machine learning, or SaaS sectors.
- Proficient in SQL, Python (including Pandas and NumPy), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong foundation in statistics, experiment design, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of machine learning principles and evaluation metrics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
