Position Overview

As a Data & Insights Analyst at Mable, a leading Australian healthtech platform, you will collaborate across teams to analyze data, uncover meaningful insights, and contribute to decisions that create smarter, people-centered services. Your role will involve building dashboards, conducting in-depth data analysis, and supporting stakeholders in understanding business performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clear, dependable dashboards primarily utilizing SQL and Tableau to monitor essential performance metrics.
Investigate and interpret data to assist teams in understanding operational trends and underlying causes.
Work alongside product managers, operations personnel, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide decision-making processes.
Analyze problems comprehensively and communicate findings effectively to support actionable outcomes.
Create new reports and enhance existing ones to empower operational teams to access self-service insights.
Stay informed on product and business updates to evaluate data impacts regarding features and processes.
Adhere to company privacy and security guidelines in all analyses.
Contribute to a collaborative analytics culture by sharing feedback and learning from colleagues.

Candidate Profile

1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, demonstrating a history of delivering practical insights.
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to transform and organize data effectively.
Experience using Tableau or comparable data visualization tools to develop accessible and insightful dashboards.
Strong communication skills to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
A problem solver comfortable navigating ambiguous or complex challenges.
Capability to collaborate across different teams and influence decisions without direct authority.

Additional Assets

Python experience, notably PySpark, and familiarity with Databricks.
Involvement with machine learning projects or collaboration with data scientists.
Knowledge of Git or experience using version control systems in data projects.
