Job Overview

SSK Global Business Solutions is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Customer Support Telecaller to join their sales team in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects.
• Generate leads through methods including networking, referrals, and market analysis.
• Engage with prospective clients to assess their requirements and offer appropriate products or services.
• Negotiate agreements and finalize sales transactions.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage retention.
• Consistently reach monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports and keep customer data up to date within the CRM system.
• Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities.

Qualification and Skills

• Holder of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software tools.
