Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-conscious individual to join our Bengaluru office as a Customer Support Associate. Given the multinational nature of Laundryheap and varying time zones, flexibility to work night shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through email and live chat channels.
  • Maintain customer engagement and follow up on all escalated communications.
  • Ensure professionalism and appropriate tone in all verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by effectively promoting Laundryheap’s services whenever possible.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues via proper protocols as needed.
