Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent at betPawa, you will be essential to delivering excellent service to customers, ensuring their interactions are positive and effective. You will assist clients in navigating products, managing complaints, and educating users through various engagement channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive assistance and support throughout their interaction with betPawa’s products.
- Provide support via multiple communication channels.
- Adapt to a flexible and dynamic work schedule as needed.
- Enhance customer experiences and promote product value.
- Address and review customer complaints to improve overall satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to educate clients on existing and new offerings.
- Perform customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback on brand perception.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed minimum of two years of college education.
- Proficiency in English and Setswana is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support roles.
- Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
- A strong desire to provide outstanding customer service and help others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a capacity for quick adaptation and learning.
- Interest in sports, specifically football betting knowledge, is a plus.
