About the Internship

This internship opportunity offers a hands-on experience providing customer service support for an Educational ERP software within a leading EduTech company. The role involves addressing client inquiries and issues through various channels including on-site visits, phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of both technical and non-technical problems. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions while demonstrating the ability to work independently and professionally manage customer concerns. Basic understanding of IT and artificial intelligence concepts is required.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must be available for a part-time internship and able to start between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
• The internship duration is strictly three months.
• Candidates must be residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Relevant skills and interest in customer support and technical areas are necessary.

Additional Requirements

• Applicants should be currently enrolled as undergraduates in any stream, as part of an internship or on-job training aligned with their university curriculum.

Compensation and Perks

• A monthly stipend ranging from INR 5000 to INR 10000 will be provided.
