Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-first and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support and create a smooth experience for customers. In this role, you will manage questions, address problems, and assist customers across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer messages through live chat, email, and other support channels promptly and professionally.
• Work toward quick and effective resolution of customer issues while keeping satisfaction high.
• Share clear and accurate details about products, services, and company rules or policies.
• Route complicated cases to the relevant internal teams when further support is needed.
• Track customer cases and follow through until they are resolved.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Partner with other teams to strengthen the customer experience and improve day-to-day processes.
• Meet both individual and team KPIs related to service quality.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, call center work, or a similar position.
• Strong command of English in both speaking and writing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts calmly.
• A customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude and strong people skills.
• Comfortable managing several customer conversations at the same time.

Additional Information

This is an onsite contract role based in Vietnam.
