About the Role
NLB Services seeks motivated and customer-oriented professionals to become part of its Voice Support Team specialized in travel-related services. This position involves managing customer interactions primarily through voice communication, addressing queries concerning bookings, cancellations, and other travel assistance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and associated services via voice calls.
- Deliver precise information and resolve customer concerns promptly within the stipulated timelines.
- Exhibit professionalism and empathy consistently while engaging with customers.
- Work closely with internal departments to facilitate effective solutions to customer issues.
- Comply with procedural guidelines and uphold quality service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a customer support capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Open to candidates who are graduates or undergraduates.
- Preference for candidates ready to join immediately.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shift patterns.
