About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and approachable Customer Service Representative eager to provide outstanding support and positive experiences for our customers. This role requires enthusiasm for assisting clients and working collaboratively within a team to uphold excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to customer queries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate more complex matters as needed.
- Support customers in managing account-related concerns including deposits, withdrawals, and navigating the platform.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of customer conversations and resolutions.
- Ensure follow-up on unresolved issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, offers, and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to efficiently address and resolve customer problems.
- Achieve customer service benchmarks and consistently uphold high service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of HND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, with preference for experience within the betting or fintech sectors.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to manage multiple client requests under pressure.
- A positive demeanor, patience, and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
